  • Data collected may include your username and email address provided to Kiwi. We use this for authentication and communications. We do not share your email address with third parties.

  • non-personal details about your website interactions, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream information to, through and from our website (including date and time), products viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from the page.

We may transfer, process, and store the data we collect in a country outside your own, with different privacy laws that may, or may not, be as comprehensive as your own. 

The list of all the countries where the data could be transferred to is available at our trust center . This list is in consideration when Kiwi Data is acting as a processor for its customers. 
 

By submitting your data or engaging with us, you consent to this transfer, storing, or processing. 

How to Exercise Your Data Subject Rights? 

If you would like to update or correct your information with us or you would like us to delete or stop processing your data, please write to us at contact@kiwidata.com. We will endeavor to respond to you within the timelines specified under applicable law.

We do not direct our website or services to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children as defined by local laws. If we learn we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected, or received, data from a child without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete it.
