Our Journey
Founded in 2021, Kiwi Data set out to solve a critical challenge for large enterprises: understanding and managing their contracts effectively. Initially, we built a contract redlining and collaboration product, but after listening to our clients, we realized that the true bottleneck in contract management was analysis. Organizations struggled to extract, structure, and act on the valuable data hidden in their contracts. Afterall, it’s hard to manage what you don’t understand…
Recognizing this, we pivoted to focus on contract analysis, leveraging the best tech to provide structured insights and automation. Since then, we've processed over 50,000 complex enterprise documents and partnered with major managed service providers like Accenture and DXC. Our platform has delivered value to six Fortune 500 clients across financial services, oil and gas, and technology.

Kiwi Data’s contract analysis platform is built to help organizations collect, analyze, and integrate contract data efficiently. Our platform follows a three-step process:
Collecting & Ingesting: We connect with various data sources—email, SharePoint, enterprise contract repositories, and more—to ingest and centralize contract documents in a trusted source.
Analyzing & Structuring: Using AI contract analysis and automation, we extract key contract data, structure unstructured information, and surface critical risks and obligations.
Delivering Insights: We provide intuitive dashboards, reports, and structured data exports to platforms like ServiceNow, Power BI, and other workflow tools, ensuring contract insights are actionable and accessible

Our long-term vision is to move beyond analysis to facilitate contract execution and management while creating an enterprise-wide contract network. By first helping organizations understand their own contract data through AI contract analysis, we create a foundation to build on. When this all works out, our current contract analysis product will be the first step in a network that connects enterprises through shared contract intelligence, transforming how contracts are understood, managed, and leveraged.
